Decide on a recruitment timescale
The number of apprenticeship candidates increases significantly at the end of each academic year, as school leaver’s search for a job. If your vacancy is not urgent, you should consider registering an interest with us at an early stage. This ensures that you will receive a high number of candidates between May and August, each year.
Agree a contact name and number
We will need a contact within your organisation, who has authority to make decisions about your apprentice recruitment programme and to sign contracts with the apprentice and with Cameo.
Decide on a recruitment strategy
Either choose from an apprentice currently on our books or arrange for us to advertise your vacancy (free service).
